Payment & Cancellation Policy

In exchange for the Professional Coaching Service, Client agrees to pay Coach a total fee. 
Payment to be made in FULL by cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or through valid payment link provided by Coach prior to the first session of professional coaching or within 7 days after the confirmation. RM1500 of the  payment is a non-refundable security deposit. 

Contact customer care to discuss on a different payment plan prior enrolment. Invoice & receipt will be provided upon request.   

Cancellation Policy 
Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. Coach reserves the right to bill Client for a missed meeting and will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. Coach reserves all the rights to terminate this agreement anytime should Client continues absence or delay or reschedule without prior notice for more than 3 times and no refund will be given.      

Termination & Refund 
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with 2 weeks written notice to the other party at the email address provided. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. 
After the coaching program has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded but may be rescheduled for up to 2 months after the initial payment. All unused sessions expire 6 months after initial payment. Unused Coaching Sessions may be fully transferable provided the New Client is ready and willing to actively participate in the Coaching Program. Any unused session after the 3rd coaching session is not transferable. 
Refunds requested in writing prior to the beginning of the Coaching Program will be given in full via bank transfer, less a RM500 administrative fee.
